Break the windshield and say sense they attached a foreign unapproved device to my vehicle there liable for it after driving it in a telephone pole and causing major damage or even possible death by that attached device .

All you have to do is break the seal. Turn your car on, put the defogger on high and use a flat piece of plastic so you don't scratch your window to break the seal or just put a drill through it.
