I would think it's theft because it's over 90 days old it has to be shipped back to the manufacture for warranty issues less than 90 days the store deals with it, but I'm not in retail, but I can read the sign at Walmart

Buy Samsung and never buy the bottom of the line cause that’s what they sell at Walmart and another big box doors you need to get middle of the road.

Roku TVs are garbage. I've gotten two TVs and they had the same thing happen it started flickering & freezing, also resetting over and over again.
