I have used those strips so many times and they did not help my teeth at all. Not a zip. I’ve tried them for about six months and nothing happened so I went to a dentist and he recommended a toothpaste called Colgate whitening.

I bought their whitening gel pen from the dollar tree for $1.25 literally works just like the strips, I'm on day 3 of the gel and I can already tell they were whiter then the first day I use it. I just saved myself $7 😂

All whitening strips do is rip the protective barrier off your teeth and thats why they are so sensitive and you prolly gonna get hella cavities

i used them they helped me not as much as the video but teeth definitely whiter and now i just maintain them with normal daily brushing 🙏
