Also, I'm gonna make this very clear. I work in a tire shop. That is not a safe thing to do, never do that. Let a professional do that if done improperly. You could have a leak in ur valve stem or may damage the place where you mount

Yeah, you’re not gonna be able to do that with any newer cars unless it’s a Honda or some other model that has indirect TPMS

yeah just so you know I guess that would work out an older car but it will not work if there's a tire sensor in there just keep that in mind most cars these days have tire sensors they hook to the back of a valve you have to break down one side just to change that and his third expensive I think you can get them at AutoZone for 30 bucks but a shop will not install one from AutoZone though I want you to pay the $100 they're going to charge you just for that plus a $30 I know I worked at Monroe they would not allow us to install tire pressure sensors from AutoZone they had to buy them from us or we couldn't install them
