@drjoe_md: They call it “light therapy” — but the science is a lot deeper than that. 🔬 Red and near-infrared light work through photobiomodulation, a process that stimulates your mitochondria to produce more ATP — the energy your cells use to repair, recover, and perform. The BestQool Half-Body Red Light Therapy Pro100 uses four wavelengths of light to target different tissue depths for complete coverage: 🔴 630 nm & 660 nm (red light): reach the surface layers to improve skin tone, boost collagen, and support wound healing. 💡 850 nm & 940 nm (near-infrared): penetrate deeper into muscles and joints to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote faster recovery. These are the same clinically studied ranges supported by research [Lee 2007, Stausholm 2019, Ferraresi 2015]. ✅ FDA Class II cleared ✅ Medical-grade dual-chip LEDs ✅ Large, even treatment area ✅ For home, gym, or clinical use ✅ HSA/FSA eligible (30–40% covered) ✅ ClimatePartner certified — fully carbon-offset I’ve been using it post-training for recovery, soreness, and even better sleep — and it’s made a real difference. 💡 Not a miracle, but not hype either. When used correctly, red light therapy is a proven, science-backed tool for skin health, performance, and recovery. 👉 Check the link in my bio to learn more, and don’t forget to use my code DRJOE20 to make red light therapy part of your daily wellness routine. #BestQool #RedLightTherapy #RecoveryTools #SkinHealth

If you can use any Red Light device without safety glasses or goggles then it's absolutely not a Therapy Level Red Light and most likely not effective at all
