gurlll me and my friend got this driver back in Aug and i can't believe he's still on tada!! he was really rude, we recorded part of his outburst too ☠️clearly tada didn’t investigate like they claimed. glad you posted this to raise awareness, hope you’re okay now! he doesn’t deserve any more of your energy 💅

Idk why some drivers get so angry and frustrated when we say we are not familiar with the place. Am I suppose to know every nook and cranny of every road in Singapore? My gps is correct. Just go. Just follow. If gps give problem, ask nicely also not difficult. Doesn't cost you anything to be kind.

That’s why I keep using Grab, although expensive because they have a good customer service support while the other apps I feel their message very like AI generated. Because grab hitch is also quite easy to get drivers
