Even the CDC recommends doing one every 6 months. Doctors just aren't telling their patients anymore to keep them sick & coming back. My parents were saying how they used to as kids but quit since they were told how beneficial it was when they got older

We did this with my son and I didn’t notice any difference. Am I doing something wrong? He is so picky, we can’t get him to eat hardly anything. I want to do a cleanse to see if it helps with appetite.
