Anne Hathaway most likely didnt have a facelift, she’s just wearing a very tight pony. I’m 40 and I use “this method” to lift my already not as aged, but slightly aged nonetheless, face as can be seen in her side by side photos u provided - it lifts the eyebrows, opening the eyes and removing any droppy upper bleph, as well as making the lower third of the face tighter, especially around the smile lines.
