There's a kit you can get that spans across two containers. Ie roof trusses span across from one container on the left to another shipping container on the right. Some use a tarp as a roofing material. There used to be Nissan hut type builds like a polly tunnel shape but corrigated steel sheets.

ngl you cant get cheaper than some old curved roof sheets from a hay shed thats been taken down and some 5-7 foot lengths of railway track
