"I am 19 years old, but I feel as though I’ve aged a lifetime under this weight."
I write this to the world. I was born in 2007. When this devastating war began, I was just a 16-year-old with big dreams. Today, I am 19, and I watch the defining years of my youth vanish day after day—without achievements, without progress, and trapped in a relentless standstill.
To be honest, it breaks my heart. I see teenagers and young people around the world building projects, attending universities, and planning their futures. I envy that normal life. Meanwhile, my daily reality revolves around hauling clean water and waiting in endless bread queues. I am exhausted from a survival routine that stifles every bit of human potential.
Yet, despite the chaos, I fought for my education and passed my High School Matriculation (Literary Stream) with a 68% score under bombardment. My true calling isn't standing in queues—I am passionate about digital art, graphic design, and higher education. I dream of creating, learning, and stepping into a future where I can build something meaningful in peace.
I am not asking for pity; I am asking for the basic human right to live, to learn, and to be seen as a person with dreams that deserve a chance to come true
