Been in business 38 years never missed the payroll ,always pay the subs on time .pay myself last !! everything used to not bother me as much, but lately, I don’t enjoy it!

In my 23rd year. Never missed a payroll. But I feel my business exists for others, not me. All the G&A and payroll eats all the profit. My costs keep going up, but my profit doesn't keep up.

Ran my own business for over 30 years, you’d give everything to make sure your employees are taken care of, however no one ever asks about you…after a long run, we up and sold it…no warning, no heads up, we just sold it! Absolutely zero regrets, never been more relaxed and enjoying life…finally 😎😎
