Not only that, but when pressure drops (like on top of a wing), the temperature goes down as well. So the airflow on top of the wing is also cooler than the airflow on the bottom of a wing.

Frost forms all the time on the bottom (and top) of a wing on larger planes. It’s the effect of cold soaked fuel and relatively warmer moist air after landing.

You’re not allowing for the potential temperature difference of the fuel in the wing and the surface of the wing. There are different types of frost. Some can form on the under side of the wing
