K18 has to be done after shampoo before conditioner. Wash your hair then do k18 let it sit 4 minutes then regular conditioner

One thing that helped my hair was a hair pull you can get them at Walmart I think or on Amazon it’s force factor hair growth accelerator it has helped my hair get thicker since I lost a lot of weight and lost a lot of hair from that

Girl. Ever since my daughter, my hair now sheds seasonally- and a ton. It’s so hard to see. But I’m doing this routine too and my hair may still be shedding but it’s looking so good. I also take saw palmetto!
