you should not be adding the onions, herbs, spinach, and tomato at the same time, you’ll way overcook the herbs and undercook the onions

I tried this with these substitutions (penne pasta, yellow onion instead of red, carrot tops instead of spinach, curry and carrot soup instead of broth, and I added crushed red peppers & basil) I also used vegan cream cheez and vegan mozzarella 😌
