@raisingmaletich: We’ve really been enjoying this new alcohol-free lifestyle the last couple months and just trying to normalize in our own life that alcohol shouldn’t be the go-to for relaxing, celebrating or date night. I think there is this really weird mentality that the only reason to be sober is if you have an alcohol issue, which isn’t the case for us, so giving it up has felt socially abnormal and almost silly lol. But we can’t deny how much better we feel even staying away from those 1-2 casual drinks each week. Like there gotta be a better way to hang out and chill out! So. We’ve been experimenting with making relaxing mocktails that use natural tinctures like lemon balm, holy basil, valerian root and minerals like this magnesium drink powder to wind down at night and have a fun drink together. #mocktails #soberlife #sobriety #alcoholfree #healthylifestyle
