Hiii! Cats aren’t a big fan of still water, I would recommend trying to switch him over to a cat stainless steel water fountain:) now only will it help with this but it also will help with drinking more water !

Omgggg my cat was doing this and it drove me crazy. Apparently cats hate still water so I got a fountain off Amazon and boom no more playing with it

It could be because his wiskers touch the rim of the bowl, cats whiskers are very sensitive so i recomend getting a flat bowl without the huge lip, or a larger bowl so the lip doesnt rub

Bought mine a catit fountain to try to remedy this. First night I’m watching him dig out as much water as he can and then sit in it like 😭 what is their PROBLEM

My God, my cat does this and I keep getting mad at him. I don’t know what’s going on every time I fill it up for him. He flip it over, wasted all around the floor.

It could be that the bowl is not wide enough. Causing whisker fatigue 😬 their whiskers are very sensitive so it might be bothering him when he’s trying to drink water

I am struggling so bad with this and getting my cats to stop. I’m constantly cleaning up water. It be sounding like a splash pad in my kitchen. I’m tired 😭😔
