Mind you, until Seymour episode, Futurama had been purely a comedy. My dad talked about how he turned on the TV to watch his weekly episode of funny future people and then was just absolutely devastated 😭 like it legit ruined his evening cause it aired at 7/8 central time. So that’s like your last impression of the day
