Holland Village, vibes and green corridor in your backyard. Queenstown, city fringe and hdb skygarden. Jurong East, 3-4 malls and shuttle to JB.

Look into Paya Lebar to Bedok. Near city center, still has greens, easy access to airport, diverse food options. Or just anywhere in the green line.

Aw Kang aka Hougang! 15 mins by car to Airport, City and Downtown. Direct bus to airport. Fastest straight train line in Singapore, NEL to Dhoby Ghaut! Though not a food haven, Hougang is accessible to different area that has good food. And Hougang is central without being central, if you know what I mean. Further than the city and yet close enough

thomson for sure, slightly north, yet very residential and super convinient to get to town. theres eateries, a mall, many busses and mrt and housing there isn't too steep price wise
