Diddy Hospitalized With Head Injury Following Prison Fight Sources say it was a brawl with Jamaican kingpin Dudus Coke over confiscated contraband phones — now both are in solitary. Sean Combs, 56, got into a fight Friday at FCI Fort Dix, NJ with fellow inmate Christopher Coke, known as "Dudus" - the former leader of the Jamaican Shower Posse serving 23 years since 2012. Combs took the worse of it, suffering a severe head injury. Inmates were angry after an NBC News report about Combs' alleged lavish lifestyle in prison - paying inmates for cooking, cleaning, laundry, massages, and having contraband like liquor and a cellphone. After that report, officials did at least 2 raids and confiscated phones, including Dudus' phone. Combs was taken by ambulance around 1am Saturday to a hospital. The injury was described as not life-threatening. Both men were reportedly placed in the Special Housing Unit - solitary - for 2 weeks punishment. Combs was already in SHU over the NBC report, and the fight happened during his daily break. Page Six reported Combs hit his head on a bunk bed, and People reported the cause was still unclear. Combs' spokesman Juda Engelmayer said: "We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean's health and well-being are our immediate concern." Combs has been at Fort Dix since July 2025 after being found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, sentenced to 50 months. His release date was recently moved from January 2028 to March 2, 2028.
