No. Toji knew ever since mamaguro died he wasn’t the same. He wasn’t fit to be a dad. Doesn’t mean he didn’t care. His last wish was that gojo took care of Megumi and that he wasn’t apart of the zenin clan. I think when he saw Megumi it lifted a burden off his shoulders. He was able to see that his baby was safe and not apart of the clan that ruined him. The only thing he may of changed was saving mamaguro. Otherwise, I don’t think he regretted anything
