Egg burger 🍔🍳 Form a patty from ground beef, making a small well in the center. Fry on one side, then flip and crack an egg right into the middle. Add two slices of cheddar on top and cover with a lid. Cook for about 4–5 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is still soft. Toast the bun on a dry pan. For the sauce, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, a few drops of Tabasco, honey, and dried garlic. Assemble the burger: spread the sauce on the bun, add lettuce, tomato slices, the patty with egg, caramelized onion, and top with the other bun brushed with sauce. For the fries, cut potatoes into wedges, season with olive oil, dried dill, garlic, onion, and paprika. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Зверху кладу два шматочки чедеру та накриваю кришкою. Смажу 4–5 хвилин, щоб білок схопився, а жовток залишився ніжним. Булочку підсмажую на сухій сковорідці. Соус — кетчуп, майонез, трохи табаско, мед і сушений часник. Збираю бургер: булочку змащую соусом, кладу салат, скибочки помідора, котлету з яйцем, карамелізовану цибулю та накриваю верхньою частиною булки з соусом. Картоплю ріжу на часточки, заправляю оливковою олією, сушеним кропом, часником, цибулею та паприкою.
