Hair oiling isn't good for your hair it just coached your head which intern creates more flatness etc. etc. etc. and I don't know why people wash their hair twice it doesn't have any effect except over cleaning your hair when your hair doesn't need it

Estudié cosmetología y nos enseñaron que el cabello siempre se lava 3 veces. Solo se hecha shampoo en el cuero cabelludo y lo demás con lo que sobre de espuma. Se aplica una mascarilla, se deja los minutos que dice el empaque y luego pasas al acondicionador. Secas con toalla de microbiana, sin estrujar y se pone leave in. Luego peinas de puntas hacia arriba. Ella lo hizo correctamente.

hey girl, quick heads up — you don’t need conditioner after a mask. the mask already goes into the hair, and conditioner only sits on the surface. save yourself a step ❤️
