how many should be done in on session? as in doing different grips one after the other or can they all be done in 1 session? cause I keep doing the long bar in one position thinking it's gonna give me results 😅

This is rlly helpful but can you help explain how to be more comfortable doing these? Like im trying to shove my shoulders down and together while also pulling with my elbows at the same time and its causing me to feel overloaded and uncomfortable 😭 i cant do a lot of weight
