It’s not as sexy to talk about becoming a more resilient human Fitness should be for everyone. But women, the 50+ age bracket and any goal outside of physique and strength are extremely under-represented in social media content. The sad part is, these people are the ones who stand to gain the most from quality fitness content. My next challenge will be making this more accessible and popular to the masses. And this is the first step! 🫡

Fire departments are surprisingly about +80% EMS runs. I’d argue that a large percentage of that are for falls and “lift assists” aka elderly needs help getting up. Good on you for seeing this!
