I went through the same thing. It has been years and I still remember it. I am relieving everything watching this. A nurse called Jordan sitting in front of computer calmly asking insurance questions, name, taking her time while I was giving birth already. It was my first baby I was so scared. This Jordan woman couldn’t care less.
