Use another venue because even if it is not your dream venue you will look better , have better food etc …. And in the end you are not going to remember that you didn’t get the exact venue you wanted but you will remember that it was amazing 🤩 xxx

Look into their vendors! they’re usually the preferred vendor for a reason & have a great relationship with the venue and that can benefit you in your planning process. My venue was all inclusive and it made my experience SO easy.

Absolutely use another venue so you can hire your own people. Everyone’s photography style is so drastically different, you need to find a photographer that fits YOUR style!

if you have a Wedgewood Weddings venue in your state/area, I would 100000% recommend them! you have to use them for food/alcohol but can bring in other vendors or use the ones they work with. my family still talks about the food at my wedding and that was 6 years ago lol

My venue was all inclusive and honestly it was a relief because we got married in a different state than where we live. I’d say just look into the vendors and use your best judgement to fit you and your fiancé’s vision.

Venues: Spain ranch, the bower, dream point ranch, philbrook museum, and a new one is Winchester gardens. Their first weddings will be in April but it’s UNREAL. And there’s really nothing else in Oklahoma like it!

Hey I’m from Australia, and this was the case with one venue. However, this venue has a high standard and reputation to uphold. Therefore their venue vendors were AMAZING!!!

As a bride last year who planned her own wedding to a T yes it was easier for me but my venue was really flexible on some things. Food was there’s non negotiable but we could have the champagne we wanted, the dessert table we wanted. Everything else we could bring in. They wanted us to use their dj and florist but I didn’t want them lol so I brought them in separately. It was difficult to coordinate especially day of. I had a day of coordinator though!

I used the venues catering, florist, and wedding cake for mine nd it was so simple for me. I wouldn’t change it.

We used Pryor Place for our venue, Tipsy Gypsy Tap Truck for a bar tender, and Josh Grace for our dj. I wouldn’t have changed anything our day was perfect.
