I like your stuff. Your Pelicans redesign is awesome! I think this one maybe misses the mark. The way the car sits relative to the road on the top part of the P doesn’t look right to me. It’s not on the road and it’s wider than the road. Also, the track is famously an oval. The top part of a P is generally rounded. Why show that part as boxy if the track naturally is more rounded. I like the other parts of the logo, though.
