I don’t think DV abusers are narcissistic, I think they’re socio or psychopaths. It’s worse to abuse someone with no remorse. Narcissism gets too much credit for everything.

I remember seeing a study done on men in prison who were done for grape or DV. when given a questionnaire about what would stop them, very few things would, but for some it was the law. so they wouldn't stop because they realised it was wrong. they would only stop because they would be held accountable by law. that's a dept of depravity I can't fully comprehend
