I love this idea! Honestly so innovative lol especially for non-wasteful people!! Totally understand that its not how hojicha is actually made but what a great alternative & fun new way to try matcha! I honestly love toasted/roasted flavors as well as espresso in my matcha so i think that it would probably taste great tbh
