When I visit my sister and we drink wine, my ankles swell 😩 WHYYYY. Never have a problem when I am at home. And I drink plenty of water!

I hate the swelling got it from my first pregnancy never left the heat makes it worse , I drink dandoline tea make sure I use Celtic salt in my water had many test done all normal I wish it could just leave

My legs swelled so bad from the knee down one month before I suffered a stroke I knew something was wrong my doctors didn’t help me in fact I walked up to more than 2 front desk assistants in a heart institute with active visible symptoms of a stroke and they called other patients
