If you speak a little, native Japanese will praise you like a baby taking its first steps or going potty solo for the first time. If you're just starting to speak full but clumsy sentences and saying at the restaurant in Japanese, "Japanese, no problem," here is your English menu with pictures, we will assume what you were attempting to order, and probably get it right; really, genuinely fluent, you're just a local, and this is a silly question. The older man gave the best answer.
