Nav lights also know as position lights are solid green on right side of aircraft, solid red on left, and solid white somewhere in the center usually on the tail. Anti-collision lights are strobe lights that are white or red strobes . Anti-collision lights are patterned in alternating sequence so one light will blink at a time and they are very bright. So as an avionics technician with 9 years of experience, 6 on helicopters. This looks like a bottom fuselage anti-collision light to me. But I also don’t believe this went down like they say it did
