As a physicist, red light masks are fine and can be just as effective as panels. Panels are studied because they’re used in clinical settings. It would be cost prohibitive for brands to fund high quality studies on their masks. As long as the wavelengths are the same, it’s going to work the same.

I wouldn’t recommend a stick vacuum because they get clogged so easily. I got a shark vacuum at Costco and it’s the best one I’ve ever used- coming from a home with 4 cats!

I have a RingConn 2 and it’s amazing! With no subscription! They’re also testing out their blood pressure measurement system! ✨ Down side: Oura sued them and you can’t buy them in the US anymore
