I’m 63 with 850K net worth. But my real estate business has been slow. Being self-employed most of my life. I don’t have the pensions and 401(k) a lot of people have. Basically I feel broke, even though I’m doing better than so many people. I’ve only sold two of my specs in three years. So low cash flow is why I feel this way. Probably makes no sense, but that’s my story, lol.

Correct, this will be a recession like we have never seen. This is giving opulence consumption like the 1920’s mixed with bubble speculation like 2008. But this time, we can’t abandon the gold standard to stabilize currency, and the government doesn’t have borrowing power to bail out the banks. This AI and internet infrastructure better pay out or else we are doomed
