my rheumatologist tells me these gastro symptoms I have aren't from my sjogrens disease. she's always telling me no, that's not typical, that's rare, that's not Sjogrens. it's all I hear from her. I wish I could find a specific rheumatologist that specializes in the disease

Dysmotility is bad, Sjogren's has so much systemic involvement. The more I learn, the more things I'm dealing with make sense. Profound fatigue, joint and muscle pain, brain fog, dry everything, it really sucks.😫

Im so glad I just found your page. I’ve been struggling my whole life (I’m 31) with all of these symptoms only to fall apart at 31 and find out it’s Crohn’s, Sjrogrens, and Raynauds. Was told all my quirks and aches were from anxiety and being “too sensitive” by my family and multiple doctors since I was 9.

Yep pancreatitis four times before I was diagnosed with sjogrens. My first episode came on quickly. I was puking in pain thought it was heart attack no looses was 25,000. I was in the hospital two weeks. I do not drink alcohol which they accuse all the time.

I have psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, RA and EPI!!!!!! I’m have all kinds of stomach issues and am having dry eyes so bad I’m gonna freak out if I have Sjogrens now too but will make complete sense because no one knows why I have EPI I am not diabetic and I do not drink alcohol:(

I just learned it can cause motility issues and dysphasia. I have both plus I have gastroperesis. I believe I have sjogrens syndrome yet I’m diagnosed with SLE.

Anything at all you can discuss on GI issues will interest me. I am in the process of being tested for various digestive things but the doctor said the bottom line is my Sjogren’s is at the root of my problems.

I have sjogren’s and I too had problems with my GI system. No GI doctor were able to find anything. 8 yrs later I’m currently diagnose with gastroparesis. Now I’m wondering about what you are saying.
