don't get the silicone liner thing!! your attachments are calibrated enough so that they hit the bottom of the bowl. if there's extra thickness, you might damage your machine

I uh… don’t wash my bowl between batches? If I’m making multiple batches of cookie dough in one session, usually when I make Christmas cookies, I just scrape the bowl and start again? I’ll do my shortbread, then sugar cookies, then gingerbread, then chocolate cutout cookies. And THEN I wash the bowl 🙃 it’s butter sugar and flour all the way down my guy
