I’ve done this before and it helps a lot… Also, what helps a lot is just writing it down on paper realizing that it is my brain. Thank you for all these helpful videos. They’ve been a lifesaver.

sorry but step 1 already doesn't work because if I say out loud "They're not replying because I'm not important to them" it's a truth in itself 😂 I'd rather focus on "if I'm not important enough to be more than an afterthought, they shouldn't be important enough for me to care about them or have them in my life"

Being left on read is different than being left on delivered tho. Being left on read means that they’ve seen and opened your text and chose not to respond.
