@mechdesign98: Simultaneous Rotation and Transfer Mechanism ✅ This video demonstrates a Simultaneous Rotation and Transfer Mechanism commonly used in automated machines for part handling and orientation. The mechanism is designed to pick up workpieces from one conveyor and transfer them to another while rotating them 180 degrees during the motion. The system includes: • 1 Stepper Motor for rotary actuation • 1 Gear Pair for motion transmission • 1 Gripper Cylinder for part gripping • 1 Lift Cylinder for vertical movement • 1 Linkage Rod with Rod Ends for synchronized rotation The sequence works as follows: The stepper motor first rotates the gripper 90° through a gear-driven motion. After that, the linkage mechanism—featuring one fixed linkage and one moving linkage with a 1:1 ratio and off-center placement—provides an additional 90° rotation. As a result, the workpiece is transferred smoothly to the next conveyor, now oriented 180° from its original position. This type of mechanism is widely used in automation systems, pick-and-place units, assembly machines, due to its compact design #transfermechanism #mechanism #automation #machine
