I get that the first guy was being dangerous by lane splitting but we must understand that the group was jay walking—so we can’t pin all the fault on one person/group, both the biker and group should share the blame. (Also please note that some places make it illegal to lane split while others don’t).

the first clip you can see the light is green therefor the group is jaywalking which is illegal. not his fault. also lane splitting is legal for bikes

Thats not a lane and the motorcyclist can be held liable with a lawsuit for failure to yield the right away to a pedestrian.

can bikers decide whether they wanna be a car or a freaking bike the weaving traffic is genuinely insane. i’ve almost been in like 3 crashes bc of it.

First one. The family would be in the wrong. Crosswalk lights go parallel/with traffic not perpindicular/across. Odds are they didn't have a the traffic light and ran it.
