Yeah, it’s bad… on both sides. The only positive is that the step-dad did stop the shooter, because the shooter might have gone on to do this to someone else — or even get away with it. Some reports say the step-dad didn’t know his child was shot until the police arrived. However, if the stepdad had checked his child instead of getting out to fight he could have seeked medical help first. Damned if he did, damned if he don’t. But the guy shooting at people is the worse offender, which is why he was arrested/charged, not the step-dad.

Well he obviously has the gun in the car ready to shoot someone. Isn’t it supposed to be in the trunk and apart from the bullets? This bum was looking for someone to hurt that morning. That’s why he wouldn’t let the car merge

This is why we shouldn’t be able to Carry guns, when people have them on them they feel they should use it . If he didn’t have a gun on him , he would have drove away flipping the person off.
