@wenlifts: sharing how I set up for barbell squats! I took a while to learn how to do it independently 🙈 had to ask for help so many times in the past, proud of how I can do it myself now :) also in hindsight, I think I didn’t need to adjust my safety bar one level lower, it was low enough already! should have tested by squatting with the empty bar, was a bit lazy that day #gymgirl #girlswholift #gymtipsforwomen #gymtipsforbeginners

the back hyperextension is scaring me... try to have a stacked chest over your hip and bracing before you go down for the squat
