this is definitely not a scam..its the way some tuk drivers make living...which you don't have to or. if you feel safe with the driver you can bribe them and get tour around the city...but i can say it's better to avoid these standing tuk drivers..get Uber or pick me app to get around the city..

I'm sorry you had a negative experience, however based on video .. didn't look like a scam .. more like a persistent tuk driver trying to convince you to take a tour in his TukTuk .. better use the Pickle / Uber App to get around
