It's a more like they're just trying to feed. Or money because they don't have a job. So they're good cooks, but they want to be paid right and not go to an establishment. Not be paid, so they start their own little business at home. And help pay their bills. I don't know, maybe they're better off at the final small location to rent and cook. It's kind of hard because it isn't neighborhood and all that traffic coming in and out. I'm not a hater. I think people are just trying to survive.😬

It all comes down to whether or not they’re charging for the food. If so, it’s a business and needs to behave appropriately, with licensing, permitting, health standards, zoning, etc.
