the officer was NOT wrong. he unfortunately stood by the letter of the law. what he should've done was exercise better judgement and discretion in this case. he could've released him, cited him for speed leess than prudent and made a referral to get him evaluated to drive. lastly, wife should've driven home.

bottom line, if this guy has that much of that issue, with this brain injury, he dam sure doesnt need to be driving and furthur more be out on a boat with kids and a wife, she tryed to explaine the condition, but be real people, if its that bad why are you in a motor vehicle, hes making that trk a dam weapon, what about everyone around him.
