That flat rack looks like the bottom of a container. Could you not lash them to the top of a pile of containers? Then yiu would only lose space for a container inbetween each pile.

when you lose a slot do you charge for height as well, say you could put 5 containers on top of each other would the person moving the diggers have to pay for 5 spaces or just 1?
