the best way, is to add a soft guassan blur to your design, around 1-2, pixels after that you add a levels adjustment and lift the blacks and drop the whites quite a bit, then you add a grey paper texture set to overlay, then you add a curves layer and correct the new lack of contrast. this is the best way
