UGH THE GENDERISATION THING, me and my friend (women in a stem field (eng)) talk about this CONSTANTLY, we are always WOMEN in stem, always a statistic, we are never just people in stem. we always say "men in stem" when speaking about classmates and they are so baffled by the language yet will use "women in stem" I want to be an Engineer in this career before im a woman Engineer.

Saying sorry is innatly a woman issue, we just do it out of habit, I quit doing it years ago, it’s ok for me to take up space, and when I can I share this info so other women can stop doing it.

Use gender neutral language if you don’t have the persons pronouns. It’s completely baffles me that so many accounts would be all for not assuming another persons gender identity then a month later omg look at this man walking down the street
