I went out with a guy and he gave me a pair of pants I wouldn't wear i threw them in the bin and I found the pants in his car and I asked him why do you realy want these pants and he called me his exs name. I wanted to leave the relationship in good terms and he said you dont even know me we only went out for 2months saying I dont know him like I think I do making me feel wrong by leaving. I said I know its only been 2 months and I already feel this way about him why I want to leave. the look on his face was like I reversed his argument towards leaving

I’ve been through this for the past 3 years. Other day I told him exactly what he is a narcastic and couldn’t tell the truth never mind spell it. I do miss him I really do not sure if hel come back I hope he learns from my truths and reaches out if not so be it.

We need to accept we been scammed and was scammed on a level which is hard to digest. You been scammed emotionally and the damage is not exterior its inside you . It takes time to wear off and trust me when that bond finishes you feel disgusted with yourself for even reacting on that bond .
