GUYS I AM HERE TO EXPLAIN! So sometimes wheelchair users can walk, it’s for short distances though, so sure he could do two or three steps but he may have issues if he goes the whole day without one.

I think ppl in wheelchairs get the same stigma as ppl who are blind… as in, it’s rare for a person to be 100% blind and it’s common for wheelchairs users to need them due to limited mobility
