I made a custom tarot deck. All it has is the name of the card on the front and a smiley face on the back. Is that bad?? Will the tarot deck not be a real tarot deck now or smfh??? Im scared

me and my mom wanna know something. i’m really recently wanting to get into tarot cards (i’ve had two readings that have really strongly made me believe in them) but we don’t know if she can pick a deck for me for my birthday, or if we should go somewhere together to pick a deck. because i don’t know if it’s like an energy thing where a certain deck calls you, whereas if she picked one it wouldn’t fit my energy? if anybody knows please answer

I can’t seem to connect with my tarot cards. it’s like the refuse to and it’s been a year. Everytime I’m asking them why, they are telling me to be patient but it’s been over a year and I don’t know what to do. I have already tried cleansing them, shuffling and reading abt them plus doing readings for fun. I’m trying to have them under my pillow for 7 days and see if anything changes but idk. Please someone help me 🥹

I have a question, how does tarot really work tho? Am I just asking the deck? The universe? If I was to ask for the deck to describe myself , wouldn’t I already know how I look like so I’d just think of the answers myself.. how do I know if they’re downloads? Like how can I differentiate ❤️

Something I do with all my decks is after cleansing I’ll put the deck under my pillow for a night at least to help it connect with you in your most calm relaxed state, as well as helping it connect with your subconscious

NO WAY... bc i just (like abt 2 hours ago) got 2 decks.. one i am struggling with understanding but one i felt called to (it might seem cringe)... i asked my deck if i should go get crystals tomorrow, and it gave me a two of wands.. i did the interview spread (the questions are placed from left to right. top left is question 1, bottom right is question 6) and was wondering whether someone could help me and tell me what these cards could mean? i’m aware there’s a seventh card (the death card), it felt important because it practically flew out of my deck. 😭😭 not sure whether it adds an important message or not. :,)
